Thinking of Visiting

I know that doing new things isn’t easy. Especially coming a new church for the first time. You might have some questions. Let me try to answer a few of those questions.

How should you dress?

Feel free to come however you are most comfortable. I’m not really a suit and tie guy, so most of us dress pretty casual. Some like to dress up.

Where do I park?
We have two parking lots. Our front lot and our back lot. If you park in the front lot then you can enter the front doors of the church. They will lead to the foyer. If you park in the back lot then you can use our side entrance. This will take you through the fellowship hall and down the hallway to the front foyer and sanctuary entrance. Both entrances say, “ENTER” above them. You can’t miss it.

Where do I sit?
The first people you will meet at Victory Family will probably be our “Ushers” who will welcome you and answer any questions you may have. As you enter the sanctuary, feel free to sit anywhere you please. If you need help finding a seat our friendly ushers will be happy to help.

If you can come early you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee and meet to some new people.

Do you have children’s classes?
There is a nursery in the main hallway our building. The NURSERY is available during all services. We also have TODDLERS (18 months – 3 yrs.) PRESCHOOL (our PreK3 – K service), CHILDREN’S CHURCH (our 1st grade – 4th grade service) They will listen and be actively involved in a creative, relevant Bible-based message. I grew up as a preachers kid so I know how important it is for kids to have fun and learn at church!

What’s the church service like?
We start the service with a few songs. Our services are energetic. Some people lift their hands when they sing, some clap, sit or stand. Feel free to worship anyway you feel comfortable. We want you to relax and enjoy the service.

Usually we pick up the offering after worship. As our guest we don’t expect you to give. Just receive. Then, I share a message from the Bible. The messages are practical, creative and biblical. I usually preach in series.

After the message and response time, we normally close the service with some announcements. On the way out, take a second to stop by our fellowship hall for coffee and refreshments. We can’t wait to meet you. If you have any questions send me a message here is my personal email: victoryinbox@aol.com, I will answer you myself.

Thanks for being our guest!
